General
What is TubeDisk?
TubeDisk is an online service for downloading videos and audio from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and 1700+ other sites. You can save to your device or directly to cloud storage — Google Drive, Amazon S3, or Dropbox (coming soon).
Is TubeDisk safe to use?
Yes. TubeDisk doesn't store your files — once downloaded to your device or cloud, the material doesn't remain on our servers. All connections use HTTPS. See our Privacy Policy.
Do I need to install software?
No. TubeDisk runs entirely in your browser on any device (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS). A Telegram bot is also available for convenient file forwarding to your cloud.
What can I download, and what can't I?
Technically, you can download any publicly available video. You are responsible for compliance with copyright, age restrictions, and applicable laws in your country. See Terms of Service.
Downloading
Which sites are supported?
YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and 1700+ other sites — full coverage through the yt-dlp engine.
Which formats and resolutions are available?
- Video: MP4, WebM — from 144p to 4K (depending on the source)
- Audio: MP3, M4A — up to 320 kbps
The exact list of formats depends on what the source provides.
Can I download an entire playlist?
Yes — for YouTube and other platforms. Paste the playlist URL, and TubeDisk will download each video sequentially. The number is limited by your plan.
Can I extract only audio (MP3)?
Yes. On the format selection screen, choose «Audio only» — you'll get MP3 up to 320 kbps with ID3 tags (artist, title), where available.
Are YouTube Shorts supported?
Yes, fully. Just paste a Shorts URL — the file is downloaded in vertical format.
Cloud Storage
Which cloud providers can I use?
- Google Drive — for all users
- Amazon S3 — for all
- Dropbox — coming soon
How do I connect Google Drive?
In Integrations, click «Connect Google Drive» and complete OAuth sign-in. After connecting, you can choose the drive when downloading.
Does TubeDisk keep my files after they're in the cloud?
No. Once the file is delivered to your cloud, the material doesn't remain on our servers.
Account and Pricing
How much does TubeDisk cost?
The FREE plan is free. Paid plans Pro and Ultra remove limits. See Pricing.
What's in FREE?
Basic limits on file size, downloads per day, and concurrent tasks. Good for occasional use.
What's the difference between FREE, Pro, and Ultra?
FREE is the basic plan with limits on file size, downloads per day, and daily volume. Pro and Ultra remove these limits and give queue priority. See the Pricing page for full comparison.
How do I pay for a plan?
Online payment via the site is temporarily unavailable. Paid plans are activated manually via support@tubedisk.com.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of payment, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Telegram Bot
What does the Telegram bot do?
The bot lets you:
- link your web account by code
- choose a default cloud drive (
/setdrive) - view active tasks (
/tasks) - send files to chat — the bot saves them to your cloud
Can I download videos through the bot?
No, the bot is for forwarding files from chat to your cloud. For video downloads, use the TubeDisk website.
Security and Legality
Who is responsible for downloaded content?
The user. See Terms of Service.
What if someone downloaded my content without permission?
Send a DMCA notice to support@tubedisk.com with material identification and proof of ownership. We respond in accordance with 17 USC §512.
Does TubeDisk collect my personal data?
Only what's necessary for service operation: email, OAuth tokens of connected drives, task history. Full list — in our Privacy Policy.
